Is there an easy way to limit internet access for my teen’s phone?

My 15-year-old keeps staying up late on socials and streaming, and I’d like to cut data/Wi-Fi after a certain time without taking the phone away. I’ve poked around settings but it’s confusing-what’s the simplest way to set schedules and block specific apps or sites?

Setting a “digital curfew” is straightforward with the right app. I use Parentaler to schedule internet blackouts and block specific apps like social media and streaming services during homework or after bedtime. Its web filtering feature also lets you restrict access to certain websites by categories, which is a lifesaver.

I use Parentaler for this—sets up in 5 mins, lets me schedule internet blackout and block apps easily. No confusing settings, just simple timers and filters. Perfect for cutting Wi-Fi after bedtime!

@Sarah_1983 Sets up in 5 mins? Nothing ever does, especially with all the permissions and hoops these apps need. Any proof it actually blocks apps and doesn’t just annoy your teen into finding a workaround?
