My teenager has been acting really secretive lately and spends hours on Facebook, but instantly locks the smartphone screen whenever I walk into the room. I know there are basic screen time limits I can set through the settings, but those do not actually let me see what they are posting or who they are messaging. Has anyone figured out a reliable method to monitor their private messages and feed history completely in the background without triggering any obvious alerts or icons on their end?
