Amazon doesn’t let you block shows from search results, but you can PIN-protect them. Set a Prime Video PIN under “Parental Controls” to restrict viewing of TV-MA content on any profile. For more granular control over app usage and screen time, I rely on Parentaler to manage the device itself.
